| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zkoumání dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v Ruské federaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na studium pojmů, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení a zpracování uvedené problematiky. Praktická část obsahuje vlastní odhady a šetření autorky práce, které se týkají vývoje dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti podle specifických skupin obyvatelstva a vymezení příčin, které tento jev vyvolají. Součástí shrnutí jsou vlastní doporučení pro tvorbu politiky, která by mohla snížit míru dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v zemi. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is to investigate the long-term unemployment in the Russian federation. The theoretical part is focused on the study of the concept, which are necessary for the understanding process of these matters. The practical part includes my own estimates and investigations relating to the development of long-term unemployment according to the specific population groups and the delimitation of the causes that this phenomenon could lead. Part of the summary are my own recommendations for the politics of unemployment, which could reduce long-term unemployment rates in the country. |
