| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranou automobilovou. Cílem práce je snížit náklady vybraného výrobního procesu. K dosažení tohoto cíle je potřeba zanalyzovat výrobní proces, nastudovat layout a prozkoumat efektivitu toku pohybu pracovníků a produktů ve spaghetti diagramu. Následně navržení zlepšení, které by vedly ke splnění cíle. Nakonec je potřeba kontrola splnění cíle, a to nahlédnutím do OEE, tedy výpočtů efektivity, a dále měřením cycle time a kalkulaci nákladů. V teoretické části je definován provozní management. Se kterým souvisí pojmy jako výrobní kapacita, OEE, takt a cycle time, layout a spaghetti diagram. Tyto pojmy jsou stěžejní pro praktickou část, kde jsou popsána společnost a je představen výrobní proces. Díky sběru primárních a sekundárních dat je proveden rozbor jednotlivých kroků a navržen vhodný způsob, jak zlepšit výrobní proces. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with a specific automotive company. The goal is to reduce the cost of a selected manufacturing process. To achieve the goal it is important to analyze the process, study the layout and research the effectiveness of the movement of the employees and products in spaghetti diagram. Next step is proposing the changes that are needed to achieve the goal. In the end it is crucial to control the results by checking OEE, measuring cycle time and calculating the cost. In the theoretical part is the description of operational management, which is connected to terms as manufacturing capacity, OEE, takt and cycle time, layout and spaghetti diagram. Those terms are linked to the practical part where is the description of of the company and introduced the manufacturing process. With collecting primary and secondary datas leading to analyzing the steps and suggesting the changes to improving the process. |
