| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jestli projekt na založeni dětského letního tábora je finančně výhodný a životaschopný. V první části na základě rešerše odborné literatury je popsána problematika podnikání, založení společnosti, finančního plánování a posouzení efektivnosti podnikatelského záměru. Praktická část se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu, stěžejní části kterého je vytvoření finančního plánu se dvěma variantami financování projektu. V rámci bakalářské práce budou využity PEST analýza, Porteruv model pětí síl a SWOT analýza. Na konci práce nalezneme odpověď na otázku za jakých podmínek je vhodné se pustit do podnikaní, a jaká jsou hlavní rizika a příležitosti v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out if the project for implementing of a children's summer camp is budget-wise and viable. The first part, based on a literature review, describes the issues of entrepreneurship, company establishment, financial planning and assessment of the effectiveness of the business plan based on key performance indicators. The practical part deals with creating of business plan, the key part of which is financial plan with two options of financing the project. There will be used PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis in the thesis. At the end of the thesis we find the answer to questions under which conditions it is suitable to start a business, and what are the main risks and opportunities in this area. |
