| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce, s názvem Souvislost pracovních podmínek zaměstnance a zdravého životního stylu, se zabývá otázkou vedení správného životního stylu zaměstnanců Slevomatu z oddělení zákaznické péče. Správný životní styl je v práci chápán jako způsob žití pro předpoklad fyzicky i duševně zdravého jedince. S ohledem na tématiku pracovního prostředí byly vybrané okruhy problematiky podporující správný životní styl. Témata byla následně rozebrána podrobněji. V praktické části je uskutečněn polostrukturovaný rozhovor se šesti zaměstnanci Slevomatu zákaznické péče, při kterém dochází k seznámení jejich stávajícího a preferovaného životního stylu. Výstup šetření se zabývá znaky, které se v rámci pracovního prostředí dají ovlivnit. Následně se v průběhu zhodnocení posuzuje, v jakých oblastech pracovních podmínek, pro předpoklad žití správného životního stylu, má oddělení své silné stránky a ve kterých je prostor ke zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis, named “The relationship between employees working conditions and healthy lifestyle”, handles the question of leading the right lifestyle of the customer care department employees of Slevomat. The right lifestyle in this thesis is understood as a way of life for the premise of both a physically and mentally healthy individual. Regarding the working environment theme, several areas of problematics supporting the right lifestyle were chosen and later examined in more detail. In the practical part of this thesis, half-structured interviews with six Slevomat customer care employees were carried out, in which we learn about their current lifestyles as well as their preferred ones. The output of the research handles the characteristics which can be influenced within the working environment. Following this, during the evaluation, it is judged in which areas of the work conditions – for the premise of living the right lifestyle – does the department have its strong points and in which of the conditions there is still room for improvement. |
