| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje podmínky zaměstnávání a odměňování zaměstnaných osob ve výkonu trestu. V teoretické části popisuje zásadní problémy českého vězeňství, jako jsou recidiva a vysoká míra obsazenosti věznic, s ohledem na hospodaření České republiky a dopad na státní rozpočet. Dále představuje dočasně platnou a nově účinnou legislativu k této problematice. V praktické části jsou pomocí metody srovnávání zachyceny agregované dopady legislativních změn na státní rozpočet, zaměstnavatele osob ve výkonu trestu, i samotné odsouzené. Na základě výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu, který je realizován formou dotazníkového šetření, současní zaměstnavatelé osob ve výkonu trestu vyjadřují spokojenost s výkonem práce odsouzených a hodnotí kladně i legislativně stanovené podmínky zaměstnávání a odměňování vězňů. Výsledky vyvrací stanovené hypotézy. Poukazují na to, že je většina současných zaměstnavatelů osob ve výkonu trestu proti deregulaci odměňování vězňů a většina těch, kteří by preferovali deregulované nastavení odměn, by za takového stavu odměny nezvýšila. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis analyzes the conditions of employment and remuneration of employed persons in the execution of punishment. The theoretical part describes the fundamental problems of the Czech prison system, such as the relapse and the high rate of prisons occupation, with regard to the Czech Republic's economy and the impact on the state budget. The theoretical part also introduces a temporary and new legislation of this problematics. In the practical part, the aggregate effects of legislative changes on the state budget, the employers of prisoners, and the convicted person themselves are captured using the comparison method. On the basis of the quantitative research results carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, current employers of prisoners express satisfaction with prisoners work performance and they also evaluate the legislative conditions of prisoners employment and remuniration positively. The results refute the established hypothesis. It means that the majority of prisoners employers are against deregulation of the prisoners remuneration and the majority of those, who would prefer deregulation of remuneration, would not increase the prisoners remuneration in this type of situation. |
