| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou účetnictví obcí a využitelnosti center sdílených služeb. Zahrnuje vysvětlení pojmu veřejný sektor, jeho funkce a strukturu. Práce je dále věnována roli územních samospráv a s tím souvisejícího účetnictví. V poslední teoretické části je rozebrán koncept center sdílených služeb, na což navazuje případová studie. Cílem této práce je především rozpoznat možnosti a vhodnost využití center sdílených služeb pro vedení účetnictví územních samospráv s využitím vybraného projektu centra sdílených služeb. Tento projekt zahrnuje praktický příklad zavedení sdíleného účetnictví v praxi dobrovolného svazku obcí. S využitím výsledků tohoto příkladu jsou nastíněny další doporučení v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis deals with the accounting of municipalities and the usability of shared service centers. The thesis describes the term public sector, its functions and structure. The thesis is also devoted to the role of the local government and the difficulties it faces with regards to accounting. In the final theoretical chapter, the concept of shared service centers is analyzed, followed by a case study. The aim of this thesis is to recognize the possibilities and the suitability of shared service centers for accounting within the local government using a selected shared service center project. This project includes a practical example of implementing a shared accounting in the voluntary association of municipalities. The results are used to outline recommendations in this area. |
