| Abstract: | Объект исследования – инвестиционный проект по использованию на право владения ООО Russ Outdoor местами для установки рекламных конструкции в городе Орле. Предмет исследования – организационно-экономические отношения по поводу оценки эффективности инвестиционного проекта в системе управления ООО Russ Outdoor. Цель бакалаврской работы – на основе анализа эффективности инвестиционного проекта ООО Russ Outdoor разработать рекомендации по повышению точности оценки проекта и улучшения показателей его эффективности.Бакалаврская работа имеет структуру, которая состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка использованных источников и литературы, приложений. В первой главе представлены теоретические аспекты экономической оценки эффективности инвестиционного проекта. Во второй главе представлен анализ и реализация инвестиционного проекта рекламных конструкций ООО Russ Outdoor. В третьей главе разработаны предложения по повышению эффективности инвестиционного проекта ООО Russ Outdoor. |

| Abstract: | Předmětem výzkumu je investiční projekt pro účast ve výběrovém řízení na vlastnictví společnosti Russ Outdoor Ltd v místech instalace reklamních objektů ve městě Orel. Předmětem studie jsou organizační a ekonomické vztahy týkající se hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu v systému řízení společnosti Russ Outdoor LLC.Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování doporučení ke zlepšení přesnosti hodnocení projektu a zlepšení jeho ukazatelů výkonnosti na základě analýzy efektivnosti investičního projektu Russ Outdoor.Bakalářská práce má strukturu, která se skládá z úvodu, tří kapitol, závěru, seznamu použitých pramenů a literatury, aplikací.První kapitola představuje teoretické aspekty ekonomického hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu. Ve druhé kapitole je prezentována analýza a realizace investičního projektu pro reklamní výstavbu společnosti Russ Outdoor LLC. Ve třetí kapitole byly navrženy návrhy na zlepšení efektivnosti investičního projektu společnosti Russ Outdoor. |

| Abstract: | The object of the research is an investment project for participation in the tender of Russ Outdoor Ltd ownership of places for installation of advertising structures in the city of Orel. The subject of the research is the organizational and economic relations regarding the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project in the management system of Russ Outdoor Ltd.The aim of the Bachelor's work is to develop recommendations on improving the accuracy of the project evaluation and improving its performance indicators on the basis of the analysis of the effectiveness of the investment project of Russ Outdoor Ltd.The Bachelor's work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and an appendix.The first chapter focuses on theoretical aspects of economic evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects. The second chapter presents analysis and realization of the investment project of advertising constructions Russ Outdoor Ltd. The third chapter presents the recommendations for improving the efficiency of the investment project of Russ Outdoor Ltd. |
