| Abstract: | Diplomová práce hodnotí fungování subjektů sociální ekonomiky – sociálních podniků v uplynulých deseti letech, od roku 2007 do roku 2017 v podmínkách plzeňského trhu práce. Problematice dlouhodobého vyloučení některých skupin osob z trhu práce je v posledních letech věnována rostoucí pozornost a podpora těchto osob prochází změnami. Oblast sociální ekonomiky, nabízející jednu z alternativ integrování znevýhodněných skupin obyvatel, je v teoretické části práce vymezena jak z českých, tak zahraničních zdrojů. Pozornost je věnována oblastem finanční podpory, která se subjektům sociální ekonomiky v našich podmínkách nabízí. V analytické části je představeno několik vybraných subjektů, které na daném území fungují. U vybraných koncepcí jsou ověřeny znaky sociálního podniku a blíže představeny principy jejich fungování. V závěrečné části práce jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky, definující koncepty sociálních podniků v místních podmínkách jako vhodnou alternativu zaměstnávání zejména zdravotně postižených osob. Současně jsou diskutovány podmínky, které jsou pro danou oblast nastaveny a určeny problémové oblasti, které se se subjekty sociální ekonomiky pojí. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis specifies the function of subjects of social economy - social enterprises in the last ten years, from 2007 to 2017 in the conditions of the Pilsen labor market. The issue of the long-term exclusion of certain groups of people from the labor market has been discussed intensively in recent years, and the support of these people is undergoing certain change. The field of social economy, which offers one of the alternatives for integration of disadvantaged groups of inhabitants, is defined in the theoretical part of the work both from Czech and foreign sources. Attention is paid to the areas of financial support offered to social economy entities in our conditions. Analytical part presents selected entities operating on the given territory. Selected concepts verify the social enterprise's features and explain the principles of their operation. The final part of the thesis summarizes the achieved results, defining the concepts of social enterprises in local conditions as a suitable alternative of employing especially disabled people. The conditions that are set for the given area are discussed as well as the problem areas identified by the concept of social economy. |
