| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností a trhem práce v okrese Vsetín, se zaměřením především na absolventy vysokých škol. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy a metody potřebné k dostatečnému pochopení problematiky nezaměstnanosti a trhu práce. Hlavní cíle mé práce jsou vyhodnocení uplatnitelnosti absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce v okrese Vsetín a zjištění zda jsou zaměstnavatelé spokojeni s personálními kvalitami těchto absolventů. Pro dosažení cíle této práce, je využita analýza trhu práce na základě dostupných statistických dat a také informací získaných z provedeného dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníkové šetření bylo provedeno mezi 250 náhodnými zaměstnavateli v okrese. Cíl práce se podařilo naplnit a bylo zjištěno, že absolventi naleznou uplatnění na trhu práce v okrese o poznání hůře, než uchazeči s nižším dosaženým vzděláním. Přínos práce a její ojedinělost spočívá ve zvoleném území a metodě výzkumu. Využití těchto informací by mohlo napomoci potenciálním uchazečům o práci k rozhodnutí, zda vstoupit na trh práce právě ve Vsetínském okrese. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis focuses on unemployment and the labor market in the Vsetín district, focusing mainly on graduates of universities. The theoretical part explains the concepts and methods needed to understand the issues of unemployment and the labor market. The main goals of my work are to evaluate the employability of university graduates in the labor market in the district of Vsetín and to find out whether the employers are satisfied with the personal qualities of these graduates. To achieve the goals of this thesis, labor market analysis is based on available statistical data as well as information obtained from the questionnaire survey. A questionnaire survey was conducted between 250 random employers in the region. The goal of the thesis was fulfilled and it was found that the graduates find employment on the labor market in the district of knowledge less than those with lower education. The contribution of this thesis and its uniqueness lies in the chosen area and the method of research. The use of this information could help potential job seekers to decide whether to enter the labor market in the Vsetín district. |
