| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a komparace zdravotního systému České republikya Německa v letech 2003 - 2018. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmytýkající se zdravotnictví, historie zdravotních systémů a financování zdravotnictví.Oba zdravotní systémy vycházejí ze stejného historického základu a jsou založeny naprincipu solidarity. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou obě země nejprveanalyzovány samostatně a poté jsou výsledky analýzy komparovány. Důraz je kladenpředevším na efektivitu systémů a kvalitu poskytované péče. | Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is analysis and comparison of the health system of TheCzech Republic and Germany in the years 2003 – 2018. In the theoretical part aredescribed the basic concept related the health care, history of these health systems andthe financing of the health care. Both of the health system are based on the samehistorical concept and they are based on the principle of solidarity. In the practical partof the bachelor thesis are the both countries analysed separately first, then the resultsof analysis are compared. The emphasis are put on the efficiency of the system andquality of providing care.
