| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem plodnosti žen v České republice. Zaměřuje se především na děti podle pořadí narození a zejména na fenomén bezdětnosti. Cílem práce je dosud neaplikovaným způsobem přispět k výzkumu těchto charakteristik. Na rozdíl od většiny odborných prací, které se týkají studia bezdětnosti samostatně, je zde také snaha popsat vývoj podílu žen bezdětných současně s vývojem plodnosti vyššího pořadí. Zaměření na oba ukazatele zároveň umožní lépe v kontextu pochopit změny reprodukčního chování obyvatel České republiky v posledních třiceti letech.První část práce je věnována teoretickému úvodu do problematiky. Je zde nejprve uvedena rešerše literatury společně s hlavními zjištěními, které plynou z dosud publikovaných prací. Dále jsou zde sepsány změny a jejich důvody v demografickém chování populace České republiky po změně politického režimu.Analytická část práce se věnuje vývoji situace v České republice během posledních tří sčítání lidu. Kolik dětí se v dosavadním životě ženám narodilo, je zkoumáno z pohledu jejich věku a rodinného stavu zároveň. Druhá analytická kapitola se věnuje mezinárodnímu srovnání. Poslední kapitola se zabývá projekcí vývoje sledovaných charakteristik do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with fertility research of women in the Czech Republic. It focuses mainly on children by the order of birth and especially the phenomenon of childlessness. The aim of this work is to contribute to the research of these characteristics. In contrast to most of the work that concerns the study of childlessness alone, there is also an effort to describe the development of the proportion of childless children along with the development of higher order fertility. The focus on both indicators at the same time will make it possible to better understand the changes in the reproductive behavior of the Czech Republic´s population over the last thirty years.The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical introduction to the subject. In this section there is a literature search along with the main findings from these published works on the topic until now. Further, there are written changes in the demographic behavior of the Czech Republic population and their reasons after the change of the political regime.The analytical part deals with the development of the situation in the Czech Republic during the last three censuses. Female population by number of children ever born is analyzed by age and marital status at the same time. The second analytical chapter handle with the international comparison. The last chapter deals with the projection of the monitored characteristics in the future. |
