| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu konverze brownfield, jehož součástí je i kulturní památka, na kulturní prostory. Konkrétně se práce zabývá objektem bývalých městských jatek v Ostravě, který projde konverzí na kulturní prostory.Rozhodnutím, že objekty jatek budou určeny pro kulturní účely, se podařilo vyřešit problém s nalezením nového sídla městské galerii Plato. Ta bude umístěna v historické a památkově chráněné části. Pro zbylé prostory jatek se stále hledá využití. Z tohoto důvodu práce zkoumá, jaké využití komplexu městských jatek by bylo pro město všestranně nejvhodnější.V teoretické části práce definuje a vysvětluje pojmy, které se týkají problematiky konverze průmyslových brownfield a jejich využití. V praktické části práce jsou pomocí strukturovaných a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, externího pozorování, rešerší, analýzy dostupných informací a dat zkoumány a hodnoceny jednotlivé záměry s objektem jatek. Aplikací zjištěných poznatků má práce za cíl zodpovědět na dvě výzkumné otázky. Zároveň i navrhne nejlepší řešení nového využití a fungování městských jatek a pokusí se identifikovat možná rizika. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of brownfield conversion to cultural spaces, which includes a cultural monument. Specifically, the work deals with the former municipal slaughterhouse building in Ostrava, which will be converted into the cultural spaces.Thanks to the decision that the slaughterhouses will be used for cultural purposes, the problem of locating the new city gallery Plato has been resolved. The historical area of the slaughterhouses will be used for the purposes of the gallery. For the remaining slaughterhouse premises, the use is still being sought. For this reason, the work explores how the complex of municipal slaughterhouses should be reused, in order to find the most suitable option for the city.In the theoretical part, the thesis defines and explains the concepts of industrial brownfield conversion and their future use. Particular plans with the slaughterhouses are examined and evaluated based on structured and semi-structured interviews, external observations, searches, analysis of available information and data in the practical part of the thesis. By applying these findings, the work aims to answer two research questions. At the same time, it will propose the best solution for the reuse and operation of municipal slaughterhouses and will try to identify possible dangers. |
