| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je věnována zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem práce je potvrdit, či vyvrátit hypotézu, která zní: „zaměstnávání OZP je v podmínkách českého právního řádu pro zaměstnavatele finančně výhodné“ a zmapovat další výhody a nevýhody zaměstnávání OZP. Na teoretické úrovni je zde popsána právní úprava zaměstnávání této rizikové skupiny trhu práce, a to jak z pohledu vybraných pramenů práva evropské legislativy, tak z pohledu nejvýznamnějších právních předpisů upravující tuto problematiku v České republice. Deskripce se následně zabývá legislativními nástroji motivace zaměstnavatelů k zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, a to zejména formou finančních výhod a dále ostatními výhodami a nevýhodami nefinančního charakteru. Na praktické úrovni je rozebráno zaměstnávání těchto osob z pohledu vybraného zaměstnavatele. Analýza je věnována využitelnosti finančních výhod stanovených legislativou v praxi, potvrzení, či vyvrácení, zdali je zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením finančně výhodné a zhodnocení dalších vybraných faktorů, kterými jsou dočasná pracovní neschopnost, fluktuace a výkonnost těchto zaměstnanců. Výstupem práce je navržení doporučení pro podporu a motivaci zaměstnavatelů k zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the employment of people with disabilities. The goal of the thesis is to confirm or refuse this statement: “the employment of the people with disabilities is in the condition of Czech legislation financially beneficial” and to find out the other advantages and disadvantages of employing the people with disabilities. The theoretical part contents the legal regulation concerning the employment of this specific group within the frame of labor market, both from the point of view of selected European legal regulations and the most important national legislations in the Czech Republic. The description is further concerning the legal instruments motivating the employers to the employment of the people with disabilities, especially in the form of financial advantages and other advantages and disadvantages of nonfinancial character. On the practical level, the employment of such people is analyzed in accordance with the data from the selected employer. The analysis evaluates the effects of the financial advantages that are set out by the legislation on the actual practice with the goal to either confirm or to refuse whether the employment of people with disabilities is financially beneficial or not and to evaluate the other chosen factors e.g. temporary work incapacity, fluctuation and working performance of such employees. The goal of the analysis is to provide the recommendations, in order to support and to motivate the employers to the hiring the people with disabilities. |
