| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza problematiky zavedení a nastavení řízení lidských zdrojů v malé a rostoucí společnosti. Identifikace možných problémů, nastavení klíčových personálních činnosti. Mezi používané metody patří srovnání teorie s praxi, polostrukturovaný rozhovor s vedením a dotazníkové šetření pro zaměstnance. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů a teoretická východiska. V praktické části je uveden popis společnosti, analýza personálních činností, její výsledky a návrh doporučení k zefektivnění řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor`s Thesis is to analyze the problem of implementing and setting up the personnel activities in small and increasing company. Identification possible problems and set up the main personnel activities. There are used methods such as comparison theory and practice, semi-structured interview with management of this company and questionnaire survey for employees. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical contains explanation of basic concepts and theoretical bias. The practical part includes a description of the company, the analysis of personnel activities, results and recommendations how to improve human resources management in selected company. |
