| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce s názvem „Organizační struktura nadnárodní společnosti“ je seznámení čtenáře s moderními organizačními strukturami, které vznikly v důsledku procesu globalizace a jsou využívány nadnárodními společnostmi. Teoretická část obsahuje popis základních pojmů jako je organizační struktura, nadnárodní společnost a globalizace. V této části budou také popsány jednotlivé typy organizačních struktur, vyjmenované klady a zápory, principy jejich fungování a příležitosti, které společnostem přináší. V praktické části byla provedena charakteristika organizační struktury nadnárodní společnosti IKEA Group. Má pozornost byla rovněž věnována systému managementu a zásadám, kterými se tato firma řídí. Závěr mé práce obsahuje analýzu získaných empirických poznatků a posouzení organizační architektury IKEA Group. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the Bachelor Thesis "Organizational Structure of Multinational Companies" is to acquaint the reader with modern organizational structures that were formed in a process of globalization and are used by modern global companies. In theoretical part of thesis are described words such as organizational structure, globalization, and multinational company. In this part of my thesis I will also describe several types of organizational structures, their advantages and disadvantages and opportunities that they bring to companies. The practice part is focused on organizational part of multinational company IKEA Group. I also paid attention to the management system and the principles of government of the company. The conclusion of the thesis includes the generalization of the acquired knowledge and the evaluation of the organizational architecture of IKEA Group. |
