| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o souvislostech šikany na pracovišti ve společnosti XY s.r.o. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu ohledně šikany na pracovišti ve společnosti XY s.r.o. K popisu současného stavu na pracovišti byly vyhledány a analyzovány relevantní interní dokumenty, taktéž byl proveden rozhovor s HR manažerem personálního oddělení. V neposlední řadě bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření, které mělo za cíl zachytit a do výsledné analýzy zahrnout pohled samotných zaměstnanců společnosti. Provedenou analýzou se ukázalo, že zaměstnanci jsou s problematikou šikany na pracovišti seznámeni, a to ještě před nástupem do společnosti. Interní dokumenty vydávané vedením personálního oddělení slouží k preventivním opatřením a stanovují sankce za porušení některých z pravidel. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the context of bullying at the workplace at XY s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current situation of bullying at the workplace at XY s.r.o. To describe the current state of the workplace, the relevant internal documents were searched and analyzed, as well as was interviewed HR Manager of the Personnel Department. Last but not least, a questionnaire survey was carried out to capture and look at the company's employees in the final analysis. The analysis showed that employees are acquainted with the problem of bullying in the workplace, even before entering the company. Internal documents issued by the Personnel Department lead to preventive measures and sanctions for breaches of some of the rules. |
