| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat společenskou odpovědnost vybraných velkých firem vČeské republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část, složená ze tří kapitol, se zaměřuje na vysvětlení definic, popis principy a pilíře, na kterých je založen koncept společenské odpovědnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá také reportováním společenský odpovědných aktivit i představením konceptů vytváření sdílené hodnoty. Předmětem praktické časti je zmapovaní a analýza společenský odpovědného chování velkých firem vČeské republice, a to na základě výzkumu sekundárních zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the social responsibility of selected large companies in Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, consisting of three chapters, focuses on explaining the definitions, the description of the principles and the pillars on which the concept of social responsibility is based. The theoretical part is also focusing on reporting of social responsible activities and introducing concepts of creating shared value. The subject of the practical part is mapping and analysing the socially responsible behaviour of large companies in the Czech Republic, based on the research of secondary sources. |
