Práce je věnována analýze efektivnosti adaptačního procesu ve vybrané organizaci s ohledem na její potřeby. Výsledkem této práce je doporučení, vytvořené na základě provedeného porovnání teorie a praxe a vyhodnoceného dotazníkového šetření. |

The work results in a recommendation based on the theory and practice comparison, as well as the analysis of the questionnaire. |
