| Abstract: | Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat vliv investičních pobídek na regionální trh práce a hospodářskou úroveň Kladenska. Sledovaným obdobím jsou roky 1998 až 2016 a sledovanou oblastí okres Kladno. Vliv investičních pobídek na trh práce nejdříve analyzuji na úrovni celé České republiky a následně na úrovni Středočeského kraje se zaměřením na investiční pobídky přislíbené investicím realizovaným v okrese Kladno. V další části práce analyzuji vztah mezi proměnnými charakterizující investiční pobídky a hospodářskou úrovní okresu Kladno. Na základě výsledků regresní analýzy nelze vliv investičních pobídek na trh práce na celorepublikové úrovni ani na úrovni Kladenska potvrdit. Korelační analýza naznačuje předpokládaný vztah mezi investičními pobídkami a regionální úrovní HDP, ovšem vztah se jeví jako relativně slabý. |

| Abstract: | The thesis aims to analyze the impact of investment incentives on the regional labor market and the economic level of district Kladno. The monitored period is years 1998 to 2016 and the monitored area is Kladno district. The effect of investment incentives on the labor market is first analyzed at the level of the whole Czech Republic and subsequently at the level of the Central Bohemian Region focusing on the investment incentives granted for the investments made in the Kladno district. In the next part I analyze the relationship between the variables characterizing the investment incentives and the economic level of the Kladno district. Based on the results of the regression analysis, the effect of investment incentives on the labor market cannot be confirmed at the national level or at the level of Kladno district. The correlation analysis suggests a supposed relationship between investment incentives and regional GDP, but the relationship appears to be relatively weak. |
