The first part of this work is focused on a summary of theoretical knowledge from the field of leadership and management styles, performance, and factors influencing performance. The second part is describing the business, analyzes the style of guidance and management in an enterprise with the help of a questionnaire system with direct superiors and their subordinate staff from the kitchen, restaurant, reception and the bedded section - chambermaids. Further the work evaluates the impact of this style of guidance and management on the performance of employees, satisfaction of employees and corporate culture. In conclusion of this work are evaluated hypotheses and concrete measures and suggestions, which could lead to improving motivation, satisfaction and performance of the staff. |
