| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je odhad tržní hodnoty 100% obchodního podílu společnosti XYZ ke dni 31. 12. 2016. Práce se skládá z úvodního popisu společnosti, a dále finanční analýzy společnosti za sledované období 2012 až 2016. Na základě analýzy je zhodnoceno, zda společnost splňuje předpoklad going concern. Následně je jako základní metoda ocenění zvolena paušální metoda kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů. Metoda odvětvových násobitelů a metoda srovnatelných podniků slouží jako podpůrné metody ocenění. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky jednotlivých metod a stanovena tržní hodnota společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to find an estimate of the market value of the company XYZ as of 31.12.2016. The thesis is comprised of an initial description of the company, followed by a financial analysis for the period from 2012 to 2016. The financial analysis served to determine whether the company fulfils the going concern assumption. Based on the analysis the capitalization of earnings method was chosen as the base valuation approach. Industry multiples and comparable companies multiples were used as supporting valuation methods. The results of each method were analyzed in the conclusion and the market value of the company assessed. |
