| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou základního platebního účtu na území České republiky. Jejím hlavním cílem je představit vlastnosti základního platebního účtu, podmínky, za kterých je zřizován, jakož i právní úpravu, ze které vychází. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje nejdůležitější pojmy, kterými jsou platební styk a platební služby. Představuje také instituce, které mohou platební služby poskytovat. Nejdůležitější částí je ovšem ta, která se věnuje základnímu platebnímu účtu. Zde jsou definovány služby, které jsou v rámci tohoto produktu nabízeny, postup při zřizování nebo například úplata, která náleží poskytovateli za jeho vedení. V praktické části jsou pak nejprve analyzovány tři vybrané banky z hlediska poplatkové politiky. Závěrečná kapitola nakonec hodnotí, který z vybraných účtů je pro klienty nejvýhodnější. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the payment account with basic features in the Czech Republic. Its main goal is to introduce properties of the payment account with basic features, the conditions under which it is established as well as the legislation on which it is based. The theoretical part firstly defines the most important concepts, which are the payment and the payment services. It also introduces institutions, which can offer payment services. The most important part is the one, which deals with the payment account with basic features. Moreover, it defines services, which are offered within this product, the process of establishment or for example the charges, which belong to the provider of these services. The practical part, in turn, analyses three banks in terms of fee policy. The last chapter of this thesis judges which account is the best for clients. |
