| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem čínského učení feng shui na plánování a organizování podnikání. Cílem práce je seznámení se s učením feng-shui, jeho zákonitostmi a ověřit, jak tyto techniky působí v praxi na uživatele z korporátního prostředí, zda je organizace práce a prostředí vedená tímto pro někoho nevědeckým směrem schopná ovlivnit výkon a zvýšit tak produktivitu a efektivitu práce. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy. Metodologická část popisuje zvolený výzkum pro potvrzení účinnosti čínského učení. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti s jejím majitelem, využité feng shui praktiky na pracovním prostředí a vyhotovený výzkum. |

| Abstract: | The primary object of this bachelor thesis is to study the influence of chinese art feng shui on planing and organizing business. By implementing my own researches to analyze the success of using principles of feng shui in a specific company to prove its positive effect on employees productivity. The secondary goal is to give an overview of the discipline used in Asia while building a company. The theoretical part defines the basic terminology that is related to working environment and feng shui. Methodological part describes research used to point out the result of realization of feng shui in the chosen company.In the final part of this thesis there is an introduction of the company and its owner, techniques of feng shui that were used and finalized research. |
