| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzování vývoje kardiovaskulární úmrtnosti v České republice od doby platnosti 10. revize Mezinárodní statistické klasifikace nemocí a přidružených zdravotních problémů. Dále se práce zabývá ovlivněním střední délky života po vyloučení nemocí oběhové soustavy jako celku a poté vybraných diagnóz, které nejčastěji postihují českou populaci. Jelikož srdečně-cévní onemocnění jsou vedoucí příčinou úmrtí v této zemi, jejich vyloučení ze statistiky příčin úmrtí, což je ovšem pouze hypotetická situace, by populaci přineslo několik let života navíc. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the development of cardiovascular mortality in the Czech Republic since validity of the 10th revision of International statistical classification of diseases and related health problems. The next part of thesis focuses on life expectancy after exclusion of circulatory system diseases and selected diagnosis that the Czech population affect most frequently. Because cardiovascular diseases are main cause of death in this republic, exclusion from statistic of causes of death would bring a few extra years of life to the population, but it is only hypothetical situation. |
