| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním současné podoby pivní a hospodské kultury ve třech různých oblastech v rámci Plzeňského kraje (příměstské obci Líně, krajském městě Plzni a tradičním centru Chodska Domažlicích). Teoretická část práce popisuje historii piva, pivovarnictví a hospod a vymezuje důležité aspekty pivní a hospodské kultury. Cílem práce je kromě samotného srovnání těchto kultur ve zmíněných oblastech také zjištění postavení vybraných hospod v soudobé společnosti. Cílů práce bylo dosaženo pomocí dvou metod sběru dat, a to formou kvantitativního výzkumu v podobě dotazníkového šetření a kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on comparing beer and pub culture in three different locations in Pilsen region (a suburban village Líně, a statutory city Pilsen and a traditional ethnographic center Domažlice). The theoretical part of this thesis describes the history of beer, brewing, and pubs, and defines important aspects of beer and pub culture. The aim of this work is not only comparing these two cultures in the mentioned locations but also determining the position of selected pubs in contemporary society. The objectives of the thesis were achieved by two methods of data collection. Those were quantitative research in the form of questionnaire surveys and qualitative research through semi-structured interviews. |
