| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje vzniku a činnosti komunitního centra Plechárna, které se nachází na Černém Mostě. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy, popisuje historii, cíle a současné aktivity Plechárny jako významné součásti kulturní nabídky Prahy 14, mapuje území Prahy 14 a její kulturní nabídku. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na poptávku místních obyvatel. Zkoumá názory na provoz centra a potřeby obyvatel Prahy 14 pomocí dotazníkového šetření v závislosti na věku, vzdělání a pohlaví respondentů. V rámci výsledků šetření je zhodnoceno vnímání Plechárny rezidenty a její současná nabídka, na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou formulována doporučení pro management instituce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis primary aim is to focus on the establishment and functionality of the community centre Plechárna based in Černý Most. The theoretical part of this thesis defines key terms, charts the territory of Prague 14 and gives an overview of the availability of cultural activities found in the area, including Plechárna, reviewing its history, goals and current activities. The practical part examines the current demand of local residents, by analysing their impressions of the community centre and their needs. Such needs and the analysis of them are assessed through the use of anonymous surveys completed by local residents, who distinguish themselves on the basis of their age, level of education and gender. Based on the survey's results, the perception of Plechárna and its current cultural program is examined. Recommendations are presented for the institution’s management from the obtained information. |
