| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat postavení žen a matek na trhu prácev České republice. Matky s malými dětmi patří do rizikové skupiny na trhu práce, protojim je věnována zvýšená pozornost. V první části je popsán dlouhodobý vývoj plodnostia porodnosti a také je popsána současná situace na pracovním trhu z genderového pohledu.Bakalářská práce se věnuje také státní podpoře rodin s dětmi. Hlavní část se blíže zaměřujena nabídku a využívání alternativních forem pracovních úvazků, a to z obecného hlediska,podle složení domácnosti a podle věku nejmladšího dítěte. Pozornost je v této prácikladena i zařízením denní péče o děti v předškolním věku, jakožto dalším nástrojůmpro snazší skloubení rodinného a pracovního života. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyze the position of women and mothersin the labour market in Czech Republic. Mothers belong to a group with specificset of characteristics and thus face higher risk of unemployment. The first part of the thesisdescribes the development of birth and fertility and also the character of Czech labourmarket. The main part of this thesis focuses on forms of support for parentsas well as the possibilities to ensure work-life balance. A special attention is paidto contracts with alternative working hours which are further analyzed in general,according to household composition and the age of the youngest child. The thesis alsodescribes the supply and the usage of existing facilities providing childcare. |
