| Abstract: | Motivace žáků na středních školách je jedním z klíčových faktorů úspěšného vzdělávacího procesu. V současné době však můžeme slyšet z různých zdrojů, že žáky učení a škola nebaví. Tato práce si klade za cíl zmapovat možné motivační faktory žáků prvních a čtvrtých ročníků gymnázií a obchodních akademií, porovnat tyto dva typy středních škol mezi sebou a vypozorovat možnou závislost mezi jednotlivými motivačními faktory. |

| Abstract: | The motivation of secondary school students is one of the key factors in the process of education. However, from many different sources we currently hear that students are bored by learning and school in general. The goal of this thesis is to determine possible motivating factors of students, attending the first and the fourth grade of grammar schools or business schools, to compare these two types of secondary schools and to observe any possible links between individual motivating factors. |
