| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na popis postavení beachvolejbalových hráček v České republice na vrcholové úrovni. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy o sportu, volejbalu a zejména o plážovém volejbalu v ČR, a dále o podmínkách reprezentace. V praktické části je pomocí metod pozorování a porovnávání provedena analýza podmínek fungování zvoleného reprezentačního týmu s ilustrací na příkladu vlastní zkušenosti. Přínosem práce je porovnání teoretických přístupů k ekonomice a řízení vrcholových sportovců s realitou a na základě dosažených výsledků jsou zpracována doporučení plynoucí ze SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This work focuses on the description of the position of beach volleyball female players in the Czech Republic at the top level. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of sport, volleyball and especially beach volleyball in the Czech Republic, as well as the terms of representation. In the practical part, using the observation and comparison methods, an analysis of the operating conditions of the chosen national team with an illustration of an own experience is carried out. The benefit of the thesis is the comparison of the theoretical approaches to the economy and the management of top-level athletes with the reality, and based on the results achieved, recommendations resulting from the SWOT analysis are elaborated. |
