| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením žen v námi zkoumané společnosti. Cílem práce je analýza postavení žen a vymezení silných a slabých stránek Společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou na základě studia odborné literatury vymezeny základní pojmy související s danou problematikou, vývoj postavení žen na trhu práce od historie po současnost a ve zkratce je vymezen právní rámec. V praktické části jsou analyzována interní data námi zkoumané společnosti a vyhodnoceny dva dotazníky, na základě kterých je zhodnoceno postavení žen ve společnosti. K analýze společnosti jsme využili primární data, časové řady, dedukci, komparaci a pozorování. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis concerns the status of women in a selected company. The objective of the thesis is to analyze the status of women and define the company's weaknesses and strengths. The paper is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, based on literature, defines fundamental terms related to the issue, describes development of women's status on the labour market throughout history and briefly covers concerned legal framework. The practical part analyzes internal data of the selected company and evaluates two questionnaires. Based on these, the status of women in the company is assessed. For the analysis we used primary data, time series, deduction, comparison, and observation. |
