| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak zaměstnanci konkrétní organizace hodnotí nastavení motivačního systému. Teoretická část práce objasňuje klíčové pojmy motivace a pracovní motivace, zabývá se také motivačními teoriemi. Na základě teoretických konceptů byl sestaven dotazník, jehož výsledky posloužily k formulaci otázek pro rozhovory se zaměstnanci organizace. Informace získané z dotazníků a rozhovorů byly využity k formulaci odpovědi na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a k ověření stanovených hypotéz. Na závěr byla navržena opatření k nastavení motivačního systému ve zkoumané organizaci. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine how the employees of specific organization evaluate the motivation system. The theoretical part of the thesis clarifies the key concepts of motivation and work motivation and deals with motivational theories. On the basis of the theoretical concepts, a simple questionnaire had been prepared, the results of which were used to formulate questions for interviews with the organization's employees. The information obtained from the questionnaires and interviews was used to formulate the answer to the main research question and to verify the hypotheses. Finally to propose measures to set up the motivation system in the surveyed organization. |
