| Abstract: | Tato práce je zpracována na téma ocenění společnosti v oboru strojírenství ve specifické oblasti dodávek pro hnědouhelný průmysl. Práce se skládá ze čtyř hlavních částí tj., finanční analýzy, strategické analýzy, generátorů hodnoty a ocenění, které je provedeno výnosovou metodou. Výnosové ocenění je obohaceno simulacemi pomocí modelů Monte Carlo a Latin Hypercube. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused of valuation of the company in machinery industry in very a specific field as supplier for lignite industry. This thesis consists of four main parts. There are financial analysis, strategic analysis, value drivers and final valuation which were done by earning method. The Earning method is improved by simulation process. It was used Monte Carlo and Latin Hypercube simulation models. |
