| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úpadkových trestných činů, které mají negativní dopad na podnikatelské prostředí. Cílem práce je přehledně zmapovat nekalé jednání, ke kterému dochází před, během a po vyhlášení úpadku společnosti. Obsah práce je rozvržen do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je věnována úvodu do trestního, obchodního a insolvenčního práva. Předmětem druhé kapitoly je zkoumání vybraných úpadkových deliktů. Cílem třetí kapitoly je identifikovat rizikové faktory, které předchází úpadkové kriminalitě. V poslední kapitole je prostor věnován analýze vývoje úpadkových deliktů v letech 2013-2017 a komparaci s ostatní trestnou činností v ekonomice. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of bankruptcy offences, which have a negative impact on the business environment. The aim of the thesis is to clearly map out the wrongful behavior that occurs before, during and after declaring a bankruptcy of the company. The content of this thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter will serve as an introduction to the criminal, commercial and insolvency law. The second chapter contains the investigation of select bankruptcy delicts. In the third chapter the author of the thesis attempts to identify the risks that precede bankruptcy offences. The last chapter is devoted to an analysis of the development in bankruptcy delicts between the years 2013 and 2017, and a comparison with other economic crimes. |
