| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou stárnutí obyvatelstva. Popisuje jeho trendy a poskytuje základní přehled o tomto soudobém jevu. Cílem práce je analýza vybraných ukazatelů, které lze označit jako determinanty stárnutí. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola poskytuje teoretický základ za použití článků a odborné literatury. Druhá a třetí kapitola jsou části praktické. Tyto kapitoly jsou pro zpřehlednění výsledků doplněny o tabulky a grafy. Analýza je provedena na vybraných státech středoevropského regionu v letech 1960 až 2016. V práci je popsán i budoucí stav a vývoj těchto ukazatelů na základě projekce Eurostatu do roku 2080. Rovněž se zabývá roztříděním všech 28 členských států Evropské unie pomocí shlukové analýzy do jednotlivých shluků a nalezením spojitostí mezi nimi na základě vývoje jednotlivých ukazatelů. Dále se práce zaměřuje na roztřídění států EU podle jejich modelů sociálního zabezpečení a porovnává je z hlediska výdajů na sociální ochranu a zdravotní péči ve vztahu k jejich HDP. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is dedicated to the problem of ageing population, describes trends and gives the basic overview about this phenomenon. The purpose of this work is to analyse selected indicators that can be labelled as ageing determinants. The work consists of three chapters. The first one provides a theoretical background with the usage of professional literature and articles. The second and third chapters are practical and are accompanied with charts and tables to provide better understanding of results. Analyses are based on data from selected states of middle Europe from 1960 to 2016. The future levels and development of indicators based on projections made by Eurostat are included. As well as there is a breakdown of all 28 EU member states through cluster analyses into particular clusters. The connections among clusters based on specific indicators are added and described. Subsequently the aim of thesis is to explain the differences among social systems of EU states and to compare their expenditure into social security and medical care in relation to their GDP. |
