| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proces náboru v pracovní agentuře, konkrétně ve společnosti Agentura STUDENT s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, z níž první je teoretická. Zde je podrobněji vysvětlen postup při procesu náboru a dále jsou popsány informace týkající se agentur práce. V druhé, neboli také praktické části, je provedena analýza procesu náboru na nově uvolněnou pozici ve společnosti. Zde je především věnována pozornost rozboru životopisů a osobních pohovorů z pohledu personalisty. Cílem této práce je na základě rozhovorů s personalisty společnosti vytvořit sadu doporučení pro uchazeče o zaměstnání. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor Thesis is engaged with the recruitment process in the employment agency, namely, in the Agentura STUDENT s.r.o. The Thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one is focused on a theory of the whole recruitment process. Further in the chapter, details regarding employment agencies are described. An analysis of the recruitment process is carried out within the second part of the Thesis. It is considered to be a practical part of the Thesis and occupies with the newly opened position in the company specifically. Moreover, attention is paid to the analysis of curriculum vitae and personal interviews from the perspective of a recruiter. The aim of this Thesis is to create a set of recommendations for job seekers based on interviews with company recruiters which are analyzed in depth within this chapter. |
