| Abstract: | V České republice platí zákon nad náboženstvím. Rovnocenné postavení ženy je primárně zakotveno v Listině základních práv a svobod. Na druhou stranu žijeme ve světě mísících se kultur, pravidel, tradic a zvyků. Má práce si klade za úkol porovnat práva a povinnosti žen judaismu, křesťanství a islámu v kontrastu se zákony platnými pro Českou republiku, kde se tato náboženství střetávají. Klade hlavní otázku vlastní percepce ženy u nás. A právě tuto otázku v praktické části mé práce kladu přímo sama sobě, židovce, křesťance, muslimce a ateistce s ohledem na další ženy, se kterými se běžně setkávají. Cílem práce je tak získat nejen upřímný a otevřený pohled na tuto velmi populární problematiku, ale také obohatit potenciální čtenáře o mnohdy médii skrytou realitu žen minulosti, dneška a zítřka. |

| Abstract: | In the Czech Republic the law rules over the religion. Equal status of women is primarily enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. On the other hand we live in a world of mixed cultures, rules, traditions and customs. The goal of my thesis is to compare the rights and obligations of women of Judaism, Christianity and Islam in comparison to the laws in force in the Czech Republic as a place where these religions are interfering. The main question of this thesis is the perception of women in our country. And that is in fact the question I asked myself, one Jewish woman, one Christian woman, one Muslim woman and one atheist in the practical part my thesis, with regard of other women they ever interacted with. The aim of the thesis is to gain not only a sincere and open perspective of this very popular issue, but also to enrich the potential readers about the reality of women of the past, the present and the future that is very often hidden or manipulated by media. |
