| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza používaných stylů vedení v jednotlivých útvarech podniku a jejich dopad na výkonnost zaměstnanců. První částí práce je část teoretická, která je rozdělena do několika kapitol zabývajícími se managementem, manažerskými funkcemi, styly řízení a vedení lidí a motivací. Poslední část práce obsahuje představení podniku a aplikaci teoretické části v praxi pomocí dotazníkového šetření, do kterého byli zapojeni všichni zaměstnanci, včetně vrcholového vedení. Obsahuje analýzu stávajících problémů a na základě získaných výsledků průzkumu jsou analyzovány současné styly vedení a jejich následný dopad na výkonnost zaměstnanců a firemní kulturu. Závěrem jsou stanovena doporučení pro vylepšení podnikového řízení, zvýšení výkonnosti pracovníků a celkové efektivity podniku. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of management styles used in individual departments of the company and their impacts on the performance of employees. The first part of the thesis is a theoretical part divided into several chapters, dealing with the topics of management, managerial functions, management styles, leadership and motivation. The second part of this thesis includes the presentation of the company and the application of the theoretical part in practice by means of a questionnaire survey, in which all employees, including senior management, were involved. This part of the thesis contains an analysis of existing problems and analyses current management styles and their subsequent impacts on employee performance and corporate culture based on the results of the survey. Finally, recommendations are made for the improvement of the company´s corporate governance, improvement of employee performance and overall business efficiency. |
