| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi investora, který chce dlouhodobě investovat volné prostředky. Popisuje konkrétní důvody, proč by měl každý uvažovat, že využije dlouhodobé pasivní investování jako způsob, kterým zhodnotit své zdroje. Práce rozebírá jednotlivá rizika, se kterými se investor na své investiční cestě může potkat. Dále jsou zmíněny konkrétní možnosti, kterými lze zainvestovat dlouhodobě jednak do reálných investic, tak také přímo na finančním trhu. U konkrétních investic jsou popsány zejména aktuální problémy a otázky, se kterými se investor může potkat. Kladen je důraz na investice, které lze využít dlouhodobě a do kterých lze investovat pasivně bez větších následných analýz daného trhu. Dále se práce zabývá možnými událostmi, které mohou spustit příští krizi a konkrétními praktickými problémy dlouhodobého investora. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of an investor who wants to invest his resources on a long-term basis. Describes specific reasons why everyone should consider using long-term passive investing as a way to increase their wealth. The thesis analyzes the individual risks that an investor may encounter on his investment route. In addition, there are ways in which investor can invest in the long run both on real investments and on the financial market. Particular investments describe the current issues and questions the investor may encounter. Emphasis is placed on investments that can be used in the long term and in which passive investments can be made without further analyzes of the market. Furthermore, the thesis deals with possible events that can trigger the next crisis and concrete practical problems of the long-term investor. |
