Abstract: | The goal of my bachelor’s thesis is to prepare a business plan for the restaurant «Tasty Life». The bachelor’s thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts.The theoretical part includes business terms, reasons to write a business plan, factors of success, and a structure of the business plan. The analytical part involves developed business plan. There are various analyses performed. SWOT analysis identifies restaurant’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. PESTEL analysis defines factors that can affect business. Porter’s five forces analysis evaluates the level of competition and attractiveness of running a business in the restaurant industry. Competitive analysis represents competitors and their performance. Marketing plan comprises segmentation, targeting, positioning of Czech market, and the four P’s of marketing includes as product, price, place, and promotion. Calculations concerning initial expenses, variable, fixed costs, sales forecast, and cash flow statement are made in the financial plan. |
