| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem kulturní politiky a divadelního systému České republiky od roku 1989 po současnost se zaměřením na činohru. Popisuje neziskový sektor s důrazem na obecně prospěšné společnosti a příspěvkové organizace. Praktická část se věnuje Činohernímu studiu města Ústí nad Labem. Kapitola je věnována jeho vývoji, od samotného vzniku až po současnost. Dále je proveden rozbor účetních výkazů divadla v letech 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016 a 2017. Poslední část práce se věnuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo mezi návštěvníky Činoherního studia. Závěrem je vyhodnoceno, jaký vliv měla transformace z o. p. s. na příspěvkovou organizaci v rámci ekonomického vývoje divadla a jaký vliv měla na současné návštěvníky. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor Thesis deals with the development of cultural policy and the theater system of the Czech Republic from 1989 to the present with a focus on drama. It describes the non-profit sector with an emphasis on community interest companies and public-benefit corporations. Second part is all about The Dramatic Studio in the city of Ústí nad Labem. One chapter is devoted to its development, from the very beginning to the present. Other chapter is an analysis of financial statements in theaters in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The last part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. In conclusion, it is evaluated what influence the transformation from community interest company to public-benefit corporation had on the economic development of the theater and what influence it had on current visitors. |
