| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit analýzy a optimalizace nákupních a zásobovacích činností Vietnamského potravinářského podniku. Vedlejším cílem je seznámit čtenáře o stereotypní funkčnosti těchto Vietnamských obchodů na Českém trhu. K vytvoření analýzy podniku se využily metody ABC, XYZ a další vlastní intuitivní propočtové metody. V teoretické části se popisuje teorie nákupu a zásobování a jejich vybrané metody či nástroje k analýze a optimalizaci těchto procesů. V praktické části probíhá samotná analýza potravinářského podniku. Analyzuje se zde sortiment podniku a jeho současný stav nákupní a zásobovací činnosti. Poté se aplikují vybrané metody a nástroje k analýze podnikových produktů. Na základě vysledovaných analýz se nakonec vytvořili optimalizace, které jsou ve formě návrhů a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create analyses and optimizations for purchasing and supply processes in a Vietnamese food store. The other purpose is to properly introduce, how these stores are generally functioning in the Czech market. ABC, XYZ and other intuitive methods were used to create the whole analysis of these processes. In theoretical part are theories of purchasing and supply processes and their viable methods for creating analyses and optimizations. Purchasing and supply analyses of the food store are analysed in the practical part of this thesis. Variety of business products and the current state of purchasing and supply processes in the food store were analysed in detail. Then optimizations were created based of those analyses in forms of suggestions and recommendations for the small business. |
