| Abstract: | Cílem práce je formulace inovativního podnikatelského modelu v sektoru služeb zaměřeného primárně na expatrianty. K dosažení tohoto cíle je práce rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část poslouží jako akademický podklad pro praktickou část. V teoretické části budou detailně popsány metody použité pro formulaci modelu Filtru. Toho bude dosaženo za implementace pokročilých metod, z nichž hlavní jsou Lean Canvas, SLEPT analýza a Porter 5F model. Dále práce bude zabývat dvěmi klíčovými inovacemi, které by podniku měly zajistit prosperitu a jasně ho odlišit od konkurence. Nakonec bude práce validována osobními rozhovory s profesionály z relevantní praxe projektu. |

| Abstract: | Goal of this thesis is creating a viable innovative business model in the service sector aiming at expat integration. To achieve this, thesis is divided in two main chapters: theoretical & practical. Theoretical chapter is dedicated to serve as an academic source of the latter. Following text pertains multiple advanced methods used in current academic and business practice including Lean Canvas, SLEPT analysis and Porter's 5F model. Additionally, two key innovations have been suggested within this work to enable the model proper distinction from its competition. Lastly, the model will be validated by personal interviews with experienced representatives of the business sphere surrounding visa agencies. |
