| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení dětské skupiny. Teoretická část se věnuje především struktuře podnikatelského plánu, která je aplikována v praktické části, dále legislativě dětských skupin, definováním neziskové organizace a business modelem Lean Canvas. Další část se zabývá metodologií, ve které jsou popsány výsledky výzkumu trhu. Třetí částí je část praktická, ve které je sestaven podnikatelský plán na dětskou skupinu, která je v posledních letech velmi rozšířená především z důvodu přidělování dotací. Práce poskytne veškeré informace o fungování dětské skupiny a bude předlohou při následné realizaci projektu. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a children's group. The theoretical part deals primarily with the structure of the business plan, which is applied in the practical part, the legislation of the children groups, the definition of the non-profit organization and the business model Lean Canvas. The next part deals with methodology, which describes the results of market research. The third part is a practical part, in which a business plan for a children's group is being drawn up, which is very widespread in recent years mainly due to the allocation of subsidies. The work will provide all the information on the functioning of the children's group and will be the basis for the subsequent implementation of the project. |
