| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti Kaufland Česká republika v.o.s. působící na trhu maloobchodního prodeje potravin. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, z nichž první je teoretická část, ve které je popsána teoretická základna nutná pro tvorbu strategické analýzy, jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé nástroje následně aplikované v části praktické, kde se práce zaměřuje přímo na vybraný podnik a jeho okolí. Výstupy z praktické části jsou shrnuty v analýze SWOT, na níž jsou založena navrhovaná strategická doporučení pro danou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelors thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company Kaufland Česká republika v.o.s. operating in the grocery retailing sector. The thesis is split into two parts. First is the theoretical part, which describes the theoretical base needed for creation of strategic analysis, individual tools are described and subsequently applied to the practical part, in which the thesis focuses directly on given company and its surroundings. The results from practical part are then summarized in SWOT analysis, which is necessary for strategic recomendations for the company. |
