| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení inovativní studentské kavárny nacházející se v Praze. Svou vizí a myšlenkou, spojení kavárny se studovnou fungující na bázi coworkingového centra, a tak vytvoření prostorů s atmosférou k produktivnímu učení, se tato kavárna bude zásadně lišit od již zavedených podniků podobného druhu. Vzhledem ke svému záměru a určení především pro studenty bude kavárna lokalizována ve vysokoškolákům atraktivní lokaci v blízkosti studentských kolejí. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční náročnost a ziskovost tohoto projektu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části se nejdříve budu věnovat teorii – vymezení základních pojmů spojených s podnikáním, podnikatelskému plánu a jeho dílčím částem. Teoretická část bude poté v části druhé uvedena do praxe. Výstup práce bude ucelený podnikatelský plán, který bude sloužit pro případné reálné založení podniku. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to set up a business plan for the establishment of an innovative student cafe in Prague. Vision of this project is based on idea of connecting a café with a study place with features of co-working center and creating environment with a learning-friendly atmosphere this cafe will fundamentally differ from already established businesses of a similar kind. Considering targeting group of students and the characteristic features of the project cafe will be located at student attractive location near to the student housing. Thesis is evaluating financial demands and profitability of this project. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to the theory - definition of basic concepts related to business, business plan and its parts. While in the second part of thesis theoretical knowledge is put into the practice. Outcome of the practical part will be a comprehensive business plan which may be used for the eventual establishment of a café business. |
