| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finančního vývoje podniku Kofola a.s. a jeho výsledků od roku 2012 do roku 2016. Tato práce bude zaměřena na identifikaci silných a slabých stránek tohoto podniku dle finanční analýzy a vytvoření nejlepší možné finanční strategie do budoucích let. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Část teoretická rozebere charakteristiku finanční analýzy a její hlavní uživatele. Dále prozkoumá klíčové zdroje informací pro finanční analýzu, a hlavně její metody. Druhá část bude praktická. Zde bude teorie první části uvedena do praxe v návaznosti na vybraný podnik. Tato část se zaměří na struktury kapitálu, majetku a rozhodnutí podniku, které ovlivnily hlavní ukazatele hodnoty podniku. Nejpodstatnější výsledky budou zmíněny v závěru, kde popisuji silné a slabé stránky finančního řízení podniku. Finální doporučení finanční strategie bude zhotovené tak, aby pokračovala ve využití silných stránek podniku, ale také aby se zaměřila na vylepšení stránek slabších. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this Bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate economic progress and its previous results of the company Kofola a.s. in the span of 2012 and 2016. This thesis will aim to identify strengths and weaknesses, regarding the financial analysis of this enterprise and propose the most suitable financial strategy for the following years. The thesis itself will be divided into two main parts. The first one is theoretical, which sums characteristics of the financial analysis and its users. Furthermore, key sources of the information for the financial analysis and its methods will be mentioned as well. The second part will be practical, what means that the theory explained in the part number one will be implemented on the real case regarding our company. This part will concentrate on how certain steps and decision of the enterprise affected the most important ratios that set the value of the company. The most significant results we will reach will be summarised in the conclusion and will define strengths and weaknesses of the former financial strategy. The final recommendation will include the main proposal, which will be applied in the terms of continuing, where the company is powerful, however, enhancing of the weaker sides of the company. |
