| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán kavárny, jehož důvěryhodnost bude zaručena jak analýzami trhu, konkurence a dodavatelů tak i provedením marketingového výzkumu pro vymezení nejvhodnější marketingové strategie. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do třech částí. V první teoretické části jsou popsány obecné informace: zásady pro zpracování, struktura podnikatelského plánu a specifika podnikání v kavárenství. Druhá metodologická část je věnována popisu metod provedeného výzkumu. Ve třetí praktické části je sepsán samostatný podnikatelský plán, jehož obsahem jsou kompletní informací související s zahájením podnikání: charakteristika produktu a vlastníka, analýza trhu a zákazníků, analýza konkurence a dodavatelů, personální zabezpečení a marketing, finanční plán apod. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is to create a business plan of café, whose credibility will be guaranteed as by market analysis, cempetitive and supplier analysis so by implementation of marketing research in order to define the most convenient marketing strategy. The bachelor’s thesis is devided in three parts. The first theoretical part is formed on basis of theoretical information: principles and main points of structure of the business plan. The part of metodology consist of research‘s description a defining of used methods. The practical part is formed by own business plan, which contains description of the product and owner, market and customer analysis, competitor and suppliers analysis, human resources and marketing, risks and financial analysis |
