| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem multikulturního managementu při práci se zaměstnanci z různých části světa v rámci mezinárodní organizace SAP. Cílem práce je znázornit hlavní specifika vedení mnohonárodních týmů a zjistit, zda kulturní odlišnosti pracovníků v rámci jednoho kolektivu mohou zkomplikovat chod pracovního procesu v nadnárodní korporaci. Teoretická část uvádí důležitost zavedení diverzitního managementu a jednotlivé kapitoly vysvětlují pojmy spojené s vybraným tématem. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky výzkumu a jejích detailnější analýza. V závěru práce budou popsány vyjevené mezery, navržena doporučení pro jejích likvidaci a případně pro nastavení efektivnější spolupráci. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of multicultural management in working with employees from different parts of the world within the international organization SAP. The aim of the thesis is to illustrate the main specifics of the management of multinational teams and to find out whether the cultural differences of the employees within one team can complicate the work process in a multinational company. The theoretical part introduces the importance of implementation of diversity management and the individual chapters explain the concepts associated with the chosen topic. The practical part describes the results of the research and its detailed analysis. At the end of the work, the revealed gaps will be described, the suggestions for their disposal will be made as well as for more effective cooperation. |
