| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním pražského a kyjevského metra. Cílem práce je porovnat stav metra v Praze a v Kyjevě, zhodnotit a blíže analyzovat vybrané jednotlivé části podzemní dopravy a srovnat je mezi sebou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je obecně popsána městská doprava, druhy dopravních prostředků, preference dopravy, typy linek a tarifní systémy. Důraz je hlavně kladen na definici a charakteristiku podzemní dráhy. Praktická část se zabývá historií podzemních drah vybraných měst, jejich charakteristikou, vozovým parkem a tarifními systémy. Závěrečnou část tvoří srovnání pražského a kyjevského metra podle vybraných kritérií na základě sběru a analýzy dostupných dat a návrh možných způsobů zlepšení zkoumaných systémů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of Prague and Kiev metro. The aim of the thesis is to compare the condition of metro in Prague and Kiev, to evaluate and analyze the selected parts of the underground transport, as well as to compare them. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes urban transport, vehicles, transport preferences, line types and tariff systems. Special emphasis is made on the definition and characteristics of the underground railway system. The practical part deals with the history of subway systems of the selected cities, their characteristics, rolling stock and tariff systems. The final part represents the comparison of Prague and Kiev metro based on the selected criteria, and the suggestions of possible ways to improve the systems. |
