| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis tackles the topic of financial analysis of JSC KazMunaiGaz EP. The main goal of this work is to study and evaluate the financial position of the company from 2012 to 2016 and based on the findings propose feasible ways for the company’s management to improve and optimize firm’s financial situation. Theoretical part of the thesis provides fundamental understanding of what financial analysis is, its goal, users, informational sources and also methods of conducting. In the practical part financial analysis of the company is performed based on theoretical methods. Data used is extracted from financial statement of the company concerned and presented in the form of graphs and tables.Through the study conducted author found that company shows positive financial performance with some degree of fluctuations due to macroeconomic conditions. Large reserves on the balances of the company provides for a very low risk exposure through a small debt/equity ratio and high liquidity. At the same high reserves make company clumsy and ineffective, thus, require optimization from the management side of the company. |

| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem finanční analýzy společnosti JSC KazMunaiGaz EP. Hlavním cílem této práce je studium a vyhodnocení finanční situace společnosti od roku 2012 do roku 2016 a na základě těchto zjištění navrhnout způsoby, jak management společnosti zlepšit a optimalizovat finanční situaci podniku. Teoretická část práce poskytuje základní poznatky o tom, co je finanční analýza, její cíl, uživatelé, informační zdroje a metody vedení. V praktické části se finanční analýza společnosti provádí na základě teoretických metod. Použité údaje jsou získávány z finančního výkazu dotčené společnosti a jsou uvedeny ve formě grafů a tabulek.Autorská studie zjistila, že společnost vykazuje pozitivní finanční výkonnost s určitým stupněm výkyvů v důsledku makroekonomických podmínek. Velké rezervy na zůstatcích společnosti zajišťují velmi nízkou míru rizika prostřednictvím poměru dluhu / vlastního kapitálu a vysoké likvidity. Stejné vysoké rezervy činí společnost neohrabanou a neúčinnou, a proto vyžadují optimalizaci ze strany vedení společnosti. |
